Sharp Ostrovtza Pilpul, Handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Meir Yechiel Halevi of Ostrovtza - Autograph of Chidushei Torah, which are part of a Pilpul on Dinei Kodshim, handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Meir Yechiel of Ostrovtza.  Rabbi Meir Yechiel Halevi of Ostrovtza , the first Admor of Ostrovtza, the son of the baker Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak. Was a disicple of Rabbi Elimelech Shapiro of Grodzhinsk and more. A Gaon of many talents and mental strengths. Was known for his Pilpul method. After Rabbi Elimelech of Grodzhinsk passed away, many of his Chassidim made Rabbi Meir their Admor and his Chatzer attracted thousands of disciples and Chassidim. His special Chassidic doctrine was to avoid the desire to eat and for forty days, he fasted daily!!!  His Chidushei Torah  Despite his genius and Pilpulim, he did not write them down, stating that his power of Chidush was ten times faster when he did not write them. Once, one of his disciples asked him about printing his Chidushim; Rabbeinu replied: דברים שנכתבו משמי אינם אפי' אחת מני אלף ממה שאמרתי, וכל מה שאמרתי אינו אפילו אחד מני עשרה ריבוא ממה שהגה ליבי ולא הספקתי להביע!!! Thus, Chidushei Torah handwritten by him are extremely rare!   [1] leaf. 11X17 cm. Minro stains. Good condition.
