Copy of Rabbi Yaakov David of Kozhnitz Visegrád. Chidushei HaRashbatz - Furth, 1779 - Signature of Vaad Haseforim of Rabbi Yaakov David the Gaon Av Beis Din of Visegrád and the vicinity.  Stamps and signatures on the title page.  Stamp of Yehinason Zilberstein.  Rabbi Yaakov David Biderman (1806-1863) the son of Rabbi Yisroel Isser of Mezeritch who was a disciple of the Yehudi Hakadosh of Pershischa. Served as Av Beis Din of Kozhnitz and later of Visegrád and for a certain time served as Dayan of Mezeritch. Followed Rabbi Shlomo Leib of Lentshna, the Saraf of Kock and the Chidushei HaRim of Ger. When he was approx. 30 years old, his Rav of Lentshna told the Rav of Vorka that ”this Avrech is a bookcase full of books”.  159 leaves. The last leaves are missing.  No binding. Moth marks. Fair-poor condition.
