Extremely Rare. Shut HaRosh, First Edition - Kushta, 1517. Incomplete Copy - Shut HaRosh by RTabbeinu Asher ben Yechiel.  In all editions of Shut HaRosh, the responses was arranged under 108 Klalim.  The Rosh wrote many responses which were compiled in Shut HaRosh. So many questions were sent to him that at a certain stage, he had to limit his responses to Dayanim and rabbis only.  Shut HaRosh was edited in a special manner: the responses were compiled and printed in internal chapters (titled Klalim) by subject, rather than by who sent them or when.  Notations indicating the book had belonged to the yeshiva of Rabbi Bassi Hacohen Av Beis Din of Djerba and was later dedicated to the ascent of his soul.  Originally, 190 leaves. In this copy, 130 leaves. Stains. Moth damage. Several torn leaves. A single leaf with a restoration. Good condition.
