Bottle of Mashkeh, Smirnoff Vodka, that was Sent by the Rebbe as Mishlo'ach Manot - Purim, 1990 - A bottle of Smirnoff Vodka, sent by the Rebbe as Mishlo'ach Manot to Rabbi Shmuel PInchas Haber. The Haber family was very close to the Rebbe. The father, Rabbi Leibush, was close to him already in Paris and the warm relationship continued in the USA. In a rare manner, the Rebbe attended the family's Simchas.  Rabbi Shmuel Pinchas was gifted with a strong voice and musical talent, which was acknowledged by the Rebbe.  Rabbi Shmuel Pinchas gave the bottle to Rabbi Shaul Shimon Deutsch as a token of appreciation for an article he had written in Kfar Chabad no. 575 about Rabbi Shmuel Haber's family.  Enclosed is signed confirmation by the recipient stating that he had anually sold the Vodka to a non-Jew on Passover.  The bottle is more than half full.
