Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Fischer Av Beis Din of Karlsburg - 1910 - Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Fischer Av Beis Din of Karlsburg, to a Rav named Maharam Yaakov about his book, which he is incapable of purchasing due to his difficult financial situation.  The Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Fischer (1852-1932) a disciple of the Ketav Sofer, the first Rav of the orthodox community of Munich. In 1891, he was chosen to serve as the Rav of the large community of Karlsburg - a Status Quo community and for many years struggled for his community to join the orthodox communities.  His son, Rabbi Aharon Fischer, immigrated to Israel and his grandson is the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Yisroel Fischer, Rosh Av Beis Din of HaEidah HaChareidis .  [1] leaf. 5.5X14.5 cm.
