Sefer Haterumot with the Gidulei Terumah Commentary - Zholkva, 1809. With an Approbation by the Maggid of Kozhnitz and a List of Subscribers with Leading Chassidic Rabbis - Sefer Haterumot by Rabbi Shmuel Hasardi, with the Gidulei Terumah commentary by Rabbi Azarya Figo (Piccio). Title page with red lettering of the book's title, place of printing and more.  Variant. In this copy, there are two leaves at the beginning of the second volumewhich do not appear in all copies [in the copies in which they do appear, they are usually at the beginning of the book]. These pages contains approbations including by the Maggid of Kozhnitz and a long list of subscribers.  The list of subscribers from POland and Galicia include names of many Gedolei Hador, including leading Chassidic rabbis.  Under Lublin, the name of the Chozeh of Lublin appears: ”הרב ר' יעקב יצחק הלוי הורוויץ מלאנצט” ( before his name, the name of his leading opposer appears - the Rav of the town: ”הרב ר' עזריאל הלוי איש הורוויץ אב”ד מלובלין”, who was known as Rosh Habarzel for his great genius). Under Kozhnitz, the names  ” הרב המגיד ר' ישראל מ”מ ומ”צ דק' קאזיניץ”; ”הרב ר' מענדיל מפריסטיק” [the Admor Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rimanov] and more [see Hebrew catalog text].  4, [2], 9, [2], 34; 66; 37 [i.e. 38], 53-58, 60-64; 14, 17-42; 32; 19 leaves.  Fine, old, half-fabric binding. Moth perforations. Taping to the title page and last leaf. Good overall condition.
