Rare! $20 Bill from Cheshvan 4 1990 - by the Rebbe, with Written Confirmation by the Recipient - The bill was given to Rabbi Shaul Shimon Deutsch, for Hachnassat Orchim, given via the Rebbe's secretary and confidant, Rabbi Binyomin Klein.  Rabbi Binyomin Klein The Rebbe personally appointed Rabbi Klein as his secretary, a demanding job to which Rabbi Klein dedicated almost the entire day.  Over the years, Rabbi Binyomin met with high-ranking officilas in the Israeli General Security Services and Mossad, doing the Rebbe's bidding.  During Prime Minister Menachem Begin's historical visit to the Rebbe, the Rebbe introduced Rabbi Klein as ” Meyn General ”.  His appointment ”It was a week after my wedding. The Rebbe called me to his room and told me: ”I am offering you to work for me”, explaining the position in detail. The Rebbe always used the phrase ”offeri. He never gave orders. During that meeting, the Rebbe also told me that I should go to Rabbi Chudakov, who would officially assign you the task.
