Copy of the Geonim Rabbi Chaim Nosson Dombitzer Av Beis Din of Krakow and Rabbi David Shlomo Margolis Av Beis Din of Ir Chadash - Shut Maharam Mintz, first edition - Prague, 1827.  Maharam Mintz - Apei Zutrei, Responsa by Rabbi Moshe Mintz Av Beis Din of Oben-Yashan - a leading Ashkenazic rabbi and the Chasam Sofer's in-law.  On the top of the title page, a self-dedication by Rabbi Chaim Nosson Dombitzer: לה' הארץ ומלואה, קניתי מהוני לכבוד צורי וקוני, בעד ד' זהובים... עה”ח יום ג' ה' כסלו תר”ג לפ”ק פה קרקא חיים נתן דמביצר” Many handwritten indications that the book belonged to Rabbi Chaim Nosson Dombitzer.   Additional handwritten indications by several writers that the book had also belonged to Rabbi David Shlomo Margolis.  On the flyleaf, handwritten names of rabbis; however, it is not noted whether the book had also belonged to them.  The Gaon Rabbi Cham Nosson Dombitzer (1820-1892), Av Beis Din of Krakow. In his youth, recived his Rabbinic Semicha from Rabbi Shlomo Kluger, Rabbi Dober Meislis and Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Chajes and was appointed Moreh Tzeddek of Krakow. Since 1849 served as Dayan of the Beis Din of Krkoaw and six years later was appointed its Rosh Av Beis Din. Was known as an expert on the history of Jewish communities and Gedolei Yisroel. Authored the book Kelilat Yoffi (1888, 1893) and more.   The Gaon Rabbi David Shlomo Margolis , the above Rabbi Chaim Nosson's cousin. Served among others as Av Beis Din of Kalvarija for a decade and as the Rav of Ostrov. Was a disciple of Rabbi Avraham Landau of Chechnov. By his first marriage, was the son-in-law of Rabbi Aryeh Leib Tzintz. His second wife was Reitza, the daughter of Rabbi Yechiel Zvi Unger (who, by his third marriage, was also the father-in-law of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz) author of Chidushi Maharshdam.  [3], 4-59, [1] leaves.  Detached binding.
