Approbation by the Ohev Yisroel of Apta, Special Edition with the Bach - Tur Orach Chaim with the Bach commentary - Mezhibuzh, 1818. Tur with the Bach on Orach Chaim. The Ohev Yisroel's approbation was printed only in the volume of Orach Chaim. What is special about this edition of the Tur is that the only commentary included is that of the Bach, without the commentary by Rabbi Yosef Karo, the Beit Yosef, which appears in all other editions. The reason for this is the reverence and appreciation felt by the Mezhibuzh community toward Rabbi Yoel Sirkish - the Bach, who served as Av Beis Din of the community during the years 1602-1612. It should be noted that similarly, in several cases, the Belz Chassidut accepted the Bach's Halachic opinion, even if it was opposed to other Poskim, since for a while (before the Chassidut Movement was founded), Maran the Bach served as a Rav in Belz and was considered the Mara DeAtra.
