Post Incunabula - Sefer Haterumah, First Edition - Venice, Daniel Bomberg Press, 1523 - Sefer Haterumah is one of the dominant Psikah books that were authored in the period of Baalei Hatosafot. By Rabbi Baruch ben Rabbi Yitzchak , one of Baalei Hatosafot in FRance and a leading disciple of Rabbeinu Yitzchak Hazaken. The author is known as Baal Haterumah after this book.  Shortly before his passing, he immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and there was laid to rest. Possibly, due to the contemporary custom of immigrating to Eretz Yisrael, he dedicated  a chapter of his book, following Hilchot Tefillin, to Hilchot Eretz Yisrael.  On the margins of the sheets, two handwritten corrections of approx. a line each.  This is the first printed edition of the book.  Incomplete copy: begins with leaf 9 and ends with leaf 108, 29 leaves are missing from its end.  The pagination ends with leaf 16. Leaves 62 63 are missing approx. half of their upper part. Some moth perforations. Stains.  Good condition.
