$50 Bill Given Directly by the Rebbe, with an Important Instruction - ”מופרך לגמרי וכדאי לפרסם הכל אה”צ” [completely baseless and everything should be published).  יעווסעקציע was the title of Jewish collaborators who worked alongside the Communist to persecute religious Jews.  In an artcile in the ”די אידישע היים” magazine (photocopy enclosed), an article was published about the Rayatz' activities for distributing Judaism. The publisher of the article, Rabbi Shaul Shimin Deutsch, received the $50 bill from the Rebbe in appreciation of his important study.  During his research, he discovered that the chairman, Shimon Dimanstein, who worked with the Communist to imprison the Rayatz, was a member of a Chabadic family and even studied in a Chabadic Yeshiva.  To the writer's question whether the information should not be disclosed, the Rebbe responded that history should be preserved accurately, or in his words: ” מופרך לגמרי וכדאי לפרסם הכל אה”צ ” [completely baseless and everything should be published).  The bill was given via Rabbi Binyomin Klein.
