A disciple of the Gaon Rabbi Shaul Brach Av Beis Din of Kashoi and the Gaon author of the Vayaged Yaakov of Papa.  By his first marriage was the son-in-law of the Admor of Deyzh Rabbi Yechezkel Panet. His second wife was the sister of the Admor of Toldos Aharon, Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Kahn.  In his old age served as Rav in Netanya and later Jerusalem.  Signed several times: ”דוד יודא פריינד אבדק”ק סאסרעגן”  Several detached leaves. Aging stains.  Good overall condiiton.
