Seder Mishmeret Hachodesh by Rabbi Moshe Zacuto - Mantova, 1752. Important Handwritten Addition - Selichot for Erev Rosh Chodesh for Chevrat Mishmeret Erev Rosh Chodesh at the Norzi Synagogue of Mantova. Published by the Mekubal Rabbi Moshe Zacuto .  At the end of the book, someone added in contemporary Italian script an additional prayer, writing before it: This prayer was authored by Rabbi Yitzchak Berachya of Fano to be recited on the eve of every Rosh Chodesh and it is recited here in Cento too.  The version of the prayer begins with the words: ”יהי רצון מלפניך ... שתטהר טומאת עמך, שתסלח חטאי אומתך...”. [Additional information about this prayer can be found in a manuscript in the National Library of Jerusalem. There, before the prayer, it is written that the prayer was authored by by Rabbi Yitzchak Berachya of Fano in Sinigalia on the eve of Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan 1703].
