Copy of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Austreicher Av Beis Din of Kroli, the Father of the Pedigreed Austreicher Family - Urim Vetumim, Dubna 1806,  On the title page, his handwritten signature:  ”משה ארי לייב אסטריכער” On the margins of the sheet at the end of the copy, there is a peotic ownership notation: ”הספר שייך להרה”צ משה אריה אסטרייכער אבד”ק קראלי, אבי הרה”צ יהונתן בנימין אב”ד טשענגער שזכה לאשרי עין שראתה בזיו פני הרה”צ בארדיטשעבער” [freely translated: this book belongs to Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Austreicher, the father of Rabbi Yehonatan Binyamin Av Beis Din of Tshenger who merited seeing the Berditchover Rav] - referring to the following famed event. When Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev was passing through Kroli, Rabbi Moshe Aryeh hurriedly left the town to avoid meeting him since he was a fierce opponet of Chassidut.  It is told that the Kedushas Levi came to his home and saw a baby in a crib. He asked who the baby was and was told that it was Yehonatan Binyamin, Rabbi Moshe Aryeh, the Mara DeAtra's youngest son. The Kedushas Levi then stated:  ”יא יא, אבער דער קליינער וועט נאך זיין א גרויסע חסיד” (his father is not here and is not a follower of Chassidut; this baby however will be a great Chassid). Based on the verse ”ויהשוע מלא רוח חכמה כי סמך משה ידיו עליו” he notes his being the in-law of Rabbi Yehoshua Freund of Kroli.  Indeed, eventually, Rabbi Yehonatan Binyamon Austreicher Av Beis Din of Tshenger followed the Chassidic Tzaddikim of his generation.
