Copy of the Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Kahana Heller Av Beis Din of Solka - Sefer Sha'arei Orah - Zholkva, 1782.  Written on the flyleaf is a fine ownership notation:  ”אמת וברור כשמש כי זה הספר קדושת שמו שערי אורה שייך להרב המופלג מו”ה יחיאל כהנא מסאלקא ולראי' מהומנא באעה”ח חדות י'שעות יעקב”. The Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Kahana - Heller, the son of Rabbi Yehuda Kahana-Heller, author of Kuntres Hasfeikot. His father's brother was the author of Ketzot Hashulchan. Rabbi Yechiel was a famed Gaon and served as Rav of Mate Solka in the Satmar district of Hungary. His descendants also held rabbinic positions.  [1], 71 leaves.  Moth perforations.
