Printed by the Grandsons of the Rav of Slavuta.  Edited by the grandsons of the Admor Hazaken Baal HaTanya, Rabbi Shneur ben Rabbi Menachem Nachum Schneersohn (the son of the Mitteler Admor) and Rabbi Raphael Mordechai ben Rabbi Baruch Shmuel Schneersohn (the son of Rabbi Chaim Avraham, Baal HaTanya's son), the son-in-law of Rabbi Hillel of Porych.  Incomplete copy; begins with leaf 10. The last three leaves were completed from another copy.  Good condition. Marks of usage on the leaves of the prayer.  Detached copy. No binding.
