Pedigreed! Sefer Segulah to be Saved from Physical and Financial Suffering! With Glosses by the Shevet Halevi and about a Hundred Glosses by Av Beis Din of Boryslav - Teheran(!) 1869. Sefer Hagahot Rabbi Akiva Eiger on Choshen Mishpat and Even HaEzer. First edition -  The Mekubal Rabbi Eliyahu Guttmacher of Greiditz promises in his foreword to the book that ” ...anyone who studies his books will be saved from physical, mental and financial suffering ”.  The margins of the book are adorned with approx. 100 glosses handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai ben Rabbi Asher Zelig Dayan of Boryslav.  This copy was owned by the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner, who liked the Chidushim so much that he introduced them in his book!! [Shut Shevet Halevi section VII Siman 237].  To them, the author of the Shevet Halevi added two comments; these glosses have apparently never been published! Bound at the end of the book is confirmation, on the official stationery of Rabbi Wosner's Beit Hora'ah, of the identity of the author of the comments.  [4], 108, [1] leaves.  Good condition. Tear to leaf 12. The flyleaf is restored with tape. Moth perforations. Some wear.  Impressive leather binding!
