Copy of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Yosef Zaltz - Mishnayot Seder Nezikin, Vilna.  On the title page, an ownership signature of Rabbi Moshe Yosef Zaltz of Torno.  Rabbi Moshe Yosef was an important disicple of the Gaon Rabbi Meir Arik. He studied at his yeshiva in Torno. This notation is appraently from that period. He was taken as the son-in-law of Rabbi Zvi Gutvirta, Av Beis Din of Zator in the Oshpitzin district and eventuaqlly succeeded him as Av Beis Din there. Was close to the Bobov Chassidut. Was the Rosh Yeshiva of Etz Chaim and Keter Torah in Tarnov. Perished in the Holocaust.  Good condition.
