Chassidut First Edition - Pedigreed Copy Kvitel on the Flyleaf - Chinuch Beit Yehuda - Warsaw, 1869 - Pedigreed:  Copy of Rabbi Simcha Filitzer Av Beis Din of Gombin and Dombie author of Imrei Esh and Rishfei Esh, a disciple of the Maharal Tzintz. Followed the Rebbes of Kock and Ger.  (See Chachmei Polin 278).  Awe-inspiring Kvitel:  On the flyleaf, a Kvitel with names for prayer. Among the requests: ”לתורה ועבודה לפרנסה והצלחה” , ”לבריאות הגוף” , ”להתמדה בלימוד” . ”להתמדה ובקיאות”. About the work:  Sefer Chinuch Beit Yehuda by the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Zvi Yolles author of Meloh Haro'im. Printed by his son-in-law Rabbi Avraham Liber Hacohgen Troigut of Torno. With an approbation by contemporary rabbis. The Rebbe of Sanz writes in his approbation:  ”אשר הוא מפורסם ע”פ תבל בצדקתו וחריפותו, וקדושתו מלאה הארץ. והמסייע לו יתברך בכ”ט ויעמוד לו זכות המחבר”. Rabbi Yaakov Aryeh of Radzymin writes: וזכות המחבר הקדוש יגן עלינו וימליץ טוב בעדינו בימים בהאים לשלום קראתינו”. Included in a list of rabbis who did not write approbations yet subscribed to purchase the book are Rabbi Chanoch Henich of Alexander, Rabbi Dov Berish of Biala and Rabbi Leibeleh Eiger.  Copy missing the last leaf.  Moth damage and stains.  Fair condition.
