Zhitmoir, 1863.  The book was edited by Rabbi Meshulam Zussia of Zhinkov, who wrote in the foreword of the book that his father, Rabbi Yitzchak Meir of Zhinkov, the son of the Rav of Apta, liked the book and studied it daily, praying he could publish it after he published his father's writings. Rabbi Meshulam adds that after managing to publish his grandfather's book, the Ohev Yisrael, he is now publishing this important book.
