Eretz Hachaim, Two Sections with Separate Title Pages by Rabbi Chaim of Chernovich the Author of the Beer Mayim Chaim - Chrnovich, 1861 - Eretz Hachaim, section I: Chidushei Halacha and Aggadah on Masechet Berachot. Section II: Ma'amarei Kodesh on Biblical verses and at its end, Chidushei Halachot.  The book was edited by the Chassid Rabbi Chaim Leib Fang of Sadigura, who showed the book to Rabbi Yisroel of Ruzhin who titled the book Eretz Hacheim.  Two title pages for section I and a separate title page for section II.  [2], 79; [2], 30 leaves.  Old, half-leather binding.  Wide margins.  Some moth perforations throughout the book, one of them on the text.  Aging stains.  Very good condition.
