17th-18th c. Korean Celadon Water Coupe - Joseon, (Choson) Dynasty, an unusual form, a scholar's desk water coupe. Of grey stoneware with a strong greyish green, black splattered thick and unctuous glaze. A wide and inverted down, top rim, is crafted for holding brushes.. Calligraphy engraved on its unglazed base. 2 7/8” high x 5” wide.
