Rare and Important Chinese Court Cups
Peking glass rarities, molded by wood carved or ceramic molds. This matched pair of tea bowls are possibly 18th C. and of the Chien-Lung reign, or from the earlier 19th C. Both carved and impressed and richly bordered cups are of a fine creamy white glass with 100 different impressions of clerical calligraphy in vertical rows of five x 20 , Exceedingly rare and impressive 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"
