Original case. One owner guitar. Serial Number. 28939-die stamped on metal neck attachment plate. Neck date 8-58 handwritten on heel end , body date 8-58 hand written in middle position pickup out) and potentiometer manufacturing date codes 304 825 die stamped on exterior of metal potentiometer casing-indicates Stackpike potentiometers produced during the 25th week of the year 1958.-all consistent with this guitar being originally assembled in 1958 This guitar appears structurally to be in excellent condition. Finish appears to be original. Typical non-tremolo specifications of the model for the period in which it was made. . Double cutaway alder body with three tone sumburst finish.
