Important letter from the Rabbanut of Israel. Signature of the head rabbi of Israel, R' Yitzchak Isaac HaLevy Herzog and R' Ben-Zion Meir Chai Ouziel. Includes the official stamp of the Rabbanut and signature of the secretary.   The letter is from 1943, written to the va'ad of Zichron Yaakov and to its rabbi, R' Yekutiel Kushlovsky, asking them to represent them at the memorial of Baron Abraham Edmond Benjamin James de Rothschild.
