An antique brooch made of 14 karat gold, decorated with Japanese pearls in the shape of a cluster of grapes, and decorative leaves. Incredible work, with beautiful attention to detail. Early twentieth century. Weight and dimensions: 11.04 grams; length 5 cm, width 4.5 cm. Well preserved and in good condition.
