Egyptian snuffbox made of 900 silver, designed in the style of a treasure chest. Silversmith's work including engraving and carving in relief. The lid and sides are decorated with rich floral patterns and arabesques (curved leaf decorations), surrounded by a frame of prominent dots (”pearl pattern”). Bears official stamps of the Egyptian Assay Office (lotus flower, purity mark ٩٠ and the annual letter ”و”). Measurements: 3cm height x 4cm x 3.2cm. Weight: 41.1g.
