A remarkable silver-plated chanukiah, made in Warsaw, Poland, a year after the end of the Holocaust, in 1946. The original model, with the bird that is almost impossible to find. European style chanukiah, made of silver-plated metal, signed on the bottom FRAGET N PLAQUÉ and marked with the number/year 1946. Designed with nine branches on the front and a side sun, a high and decorated back, and a large royal crown at the top, two standing lions, grape vines, clusters of grapes and palm trees. Length 26 cm Depth 7 cm Height 30 cm Weight 950 grams. In overall good condition, missing oil jug (refer to photos).
