Aaron Bezalel (1925-2012) - A sculptural creation of a female figurine knitting a scarf.  Stands on an olive wood base. 5cm x 9.5cm. Aaron Bezalel was an Israeli artist and sculptor. In 1949, together with Helga Rost, he founded the Department of Crafts at the Sligoberg School in Jerusalem, where he taught sculpture and woodcarving. Between 1974 and 1975, Bezalel served as chairman of the Jerusalem Artists' Association.
