London Beverage Co BOCK Prohibition Bottle SWEET - Brewer/Business Name: London Beverage Co., Boston, Massachusetts Manufacturer/Plant: Unknown Date of manufacture: Pre-Prohibition Contents/Type: N/A Dimensions: 3-1/4 w x 10-1/2 h. Comments/description: Lovely red-orange label with a nicely rendered goat in the center signifying the bock contents inside. Just in case the consumer missed the large BOCK text at the very top of the label! 10 ounces of contents in a 12-ounce sized bottle. Bottle is embossed with SCHEIDT on the reverse, indicating Adam Scheidt of Norristown, PA, origin. It was common at the time for breweries to use whatever bottles were available, even from other breweries. Neck label varies in design, illustration style, coloration, and condition - possibly a later addition. Date stamp is 6-25-30. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
