Letter with new year’s greetings, handwritten and signed by the Ga’avad of the Eida Charedit, the Minchas Yitzhak. - Official new year’s card, printed and filled in by hand, by the gaon Rabbi Yitzhak Yaakov Weiss, later Ga’avad of the Badatz Eida Charedit in Jerusalem, from when he was head of the Manchester Rabbinate. He offers a gmar chatima tova and shana tova from him and his wife. He adds by hand: “To our friend the gaon and to all those dear to him with blessings of gmar chatima tova, may our prayers be accepted for mercy. With many thanks and I was happy to speak with him on the phone and I look forward to the next time and I signed with all manner of blessings to my strong friend for all days”, with his handwritten signature: “Yitzhak Yaakov”. 15x11cm, stiff paper, creases, overall good condition.
