Letter of certification handwritten and signed by the gaon Rabbi Natan Zvi Finkel, head of Mir yeshiva. Jerusalem 1995. - Letter of certification for the bachur Aharon Obermeister, from the gaon Rabbi Natan Zvi Finkel. Written entirely by hand and signed. 16x22cm. Filing holes, good condition, Rabbi Natan Zvi Finkel (1943-2011) was the revered head of the Mir yeshiva from 1990 until he died. Under his management the yeshiva developed hugely. Despite his illness the rosh yeshiva would never rest, instead founding more and more buildings and frameworks for study, until the yeshiva reached the levels it has today. He died on the 11th of Cheshvan, 2011, and was accompanied at his funeral by gedolim and tens of thousands of his students.
