Volume in a miniature format, Kitzur Chovot HaLevavot by Rabbeinu Bahya ben Joseph ibn Pakuda. Rare edition printed in Venice, 1655. Originally 80 leaves—this copy is missing the title page and the 8 first leaves and 3 leaves from the end. Of all the libraries consulted, only the National Library has a facsimile copy.
At the end is a “Seder Tikkun Chatzot…established and received from rabbi…Binyamin Levi, given orally to the sage … Rabbi Moshe Zechut, who received it from a tradition given by students of the Ari…”
7x9cm. No binding, stains, worming damage at the edges of pages, otherwise mostly in good condition for a book this rare and old.
