Polemic: HaBoged Boged—protest pamphlet regarding a get forced to be given—Krakow 1902.
HaBoged Boged, a strongly worded polemical pamphlet regarding the “Get Al Yedei Zrika” in Przmysl. The affair which agitated the Jewish world at the time began when a man named Ganz sent a messenger to give his wife a forced divorce. The woman's relatives sent letters to rabbis from all over the world and received answers which they entered in the book before us.
Rare: hasn’t appeared at auction before. 20 pages, including jacket. The jacket title page is lightly defective, good condition.
