Sefer Chidushim al Hilchot Yom Tov LeHaramabm by Rabbi Yehonatan Eibeschutz, "based on a manuscript that was not printed until now, and now was edited by Rabbi Yosef ben Rabbi Chaim of Tropoi...". First Edition, Berlin 1799. [2], 34, [1] leaves. Moth perforations and damage, mainly close to the spine. Original binding with blemishes. Stains and some other minor blemishes. Good overall condition.

Sacred copy that was owned by father and son, the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael LIfshitz, author of Tiferet Yisrael on the Mishnayot, and his son, Rabbi Baruch Yitzchak Av Beit Din of Voranik. The father gave the book to a bridegroom with a dedication handwritten and signed by him on the title page: "מתנה לדרשה לה"ה הבחור החתן התו' כ"ה יוסף ליב לאנשיץ ני"ו לעד, הק' ישראל ליפשיץ" and an additional, similar notation handwritten by him. Then, there is a notation, apparently by the receiver of the book, giving it back to Rabbi Baruch Yitzchak: "מתנה לדרשה לה"ה החתן הרב המאור הגדול מהו' ברוך יצחק שי' אבדק"ק ווראניק, יצא מאתי ארי' יוסף". His signature also appears on the flyleaf:  "מספרי אשר חנני ד' הצעיר ברוך יצחק ליפשיטץ". Abn additional signature on the title page: " הק' שאול חתן ראב"ד סי'....?".

The Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Lifshitz (1782-1861) famed for his book Tiferet Yisrael on Shisah Sidrei Mishna. Was the grandson of Rabbi Yisrael Lifshitz Av Beit Din of Kliva.

His son, the Gaon Rabbi Baruch Yitzchak Lifshitz (1812-1878) the eldest son of the Tiferet Yisrael, the Rav of Landsberg and the Chief Rabbi of The Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Schwerin. Rabbi Baruch Yitzchak published his father's books adding some of his own novellae. Rabbi Shimon Sofer of Erlau, the grandson of Rabbi Akiva Eiger, wrote of him: "בן הממלא מקום אביו הצדיק המפורסם הגאון המובהק מו"ה ברוך יצחק זצ"ל ליפשיטץ בתורה ובחסידות...".
