Sefer Maharam Schif, Chidushei Halachot on Masechet Beitzah, Ketubot, Gittin, Bava Metzi'a, Chulin, bu the Gaon Rabbi Meir Schif Av Beit Din of Polda, the son of Rabbi Yaakov Schif, the Rosh Yeshiva of Frankfurt. With hagahot Rabbi Mordechai Mardosh Av Beit Din of Poritzk.

Printed in Ostroh, 1819. This copy is a rare variant due to the many variations appearing in it, on the title page and on its verso. These variations are not detailed by the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book.[3], 97; 39-94; 23, 23 [i.e. 24] leaves. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection. Approbations by Rabbi Mordechai Yoeff of Brod, Rabbi Mordechai Zusskan of Lashtov, Rabbi Shimon Av beit Din of Skohl and Zelichov and many more.

No binding. Ancient leather spine, blemished. Most of it on bluish paper. Focused moth perforations and moth damage in some places. Fair-good overall condition.

On the title page, notations in sqaure and curly script, forming the name: "הרבני הנגיד הצדיק עזריא זעליג במ' אברהם". An additional notation, partly blurred: "אברהם צבי שלוימה יצ"ו". On verso of the title page: "איש ירא אלוקים מוהר"ר אהרן דוד ווייל?". On leaf 75, a notation:  "שייך מוהר"ר אברהם".

In addition, 3 handwritten comments, two of them lengthy and significant, one of them beginning with: "והגאון מוה"ר אברהם ברודא תירץ..."

Stamps of a synagogue in Harbin, China. Additional notations on the title page and Cyrillic stamps - have not been studied.
