Sefer Birkat Yaakov on Choshen Mishpat [Siman 1-96, with the text) by Rabbi Yaakov ben Rabbi Baruch Av Beis Din of Totshin. Single Edition [published with two variants of the title page] Lviv, 1786.
[4], 111 leaves. In this copy, leaf 1 and leaves 65-66 are missing. Moth perforations and damage. Tears and taping to some leaves. Color erasures of the Simanim dealing with Avodah Zarah (still readable). Stains and some other blemishes. Old blemished binding. Good overall condition.
