First edition!

On the title pages: "...now I have merited printing them for the first time on beautiful paper and with fine bright fonts... under the order of the rabbinic Avraham Montil..." - the Press of Rabbi Hirtz Levi and his son-in-law Kashman - Amsterdam.

Seder Ashmorot: 1763. 82 leaves.

Seder Rosh Hashana: 1765. 68 leaves.

Seder Yom Kippur: 1766. Originally, 89 leaves. In this copy, leaves 45-76 are missing - a total of 21 leaves.

Approbations by the Dayabim of Carpentras and Rabbi Eliyahu Yisrael, a Shadar of Jerusalem, signed in L'Isle sur La. At the end of the Rosh Hashana section, an additional approbation by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Margolis author of the Pnei Moshe and Mareh Hapanim on the Yerushalmi.

Southern France on the border of Italy

Aṿignyon is one of the Southern France communities of Carpentras, Aṿignyon, Cavaion and L'Isle sur La. These communities had a slightly different version of the prayer and books such as this one tried to preserve the unique version of these communities (for example, Birkat Hamazon includes a blessing of Harachaman for the bridegroom and more).

Quality and healthy paper with wide margins. Fine contemporary leather bindings, scuffed; one of them, with a spine reinforced with tape. Minor stains. Good overall condition - rare for such books.
