Good overall condition.  On verso of the binding, a handwritten notation: ”Gift from the author Rabbi Dober Rivkin when we were in Rostov together in Tishrei 1960, at the secretariat of the Admor Shlita, Sussman”.  The author Rabbi Moshe Dober Rivkin (1893-1977), the son of Rabbi Ben Zion Rivkin the Rav of Cinzi, Poltova. The Rosh Yeshiva of the Torat Emet Yeshiva of Jerusalem and of Torah Vada'at of New York. Was considered one of the leading orthodox rabbis of the USA who had thousands of disicples and published doznes of works with deep Chidushei Torah.
