And Baruch Hashem He Has been Released!!! - Letter with Lines Handwritten and Signed by the Admor the Yanuka of Chernobyl - with the Story of His Son's release from the Army!!! - Chernobyl, 1910 - ”ברוך ה' על החסד אשר היה עמנו” - letter with eight lines handwritten and signed by the Admor Rabbi Shlomo Ben Zion Twersky - with the story of the release of his son, Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulam Zussia, from the Russian army - Chernobyl, 1910.  Rabbeinu sent the letter to the Chassid Rabbi Chaim Mordechai Green, the manager of the Zibenbergen Kollel, and it contains warm blessing for offspring and blessings to his in-law, the Chassid Rabbi Eliezer Moshe Margaliot, who travelled with his son to Europe. Rabbeinu apologizes for nor sending him a coin for protection to take with him on the trip: ”יודע ידיד שאין באפשרות לשלוח שמירה ע”י פוסט, לזאת יהיה השמירה שישמור השי”ת בראותם וישמח את לבבם...”. At the end of the letter, Rabbeinu added eight lines handwritten by him, recalling that his son, Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulam Zussia, was released from the Russian army. The son was named after his grandfather. ” אודיעו אשר בה”ט (ברוך השם הטוב) בני יקירי ישעיה משולם זוסיא יחי' עמד על כור הבחינה ובה”ט יצא חפשי הגם שהיה השתדלות רב אך ברוך ה' על החסד אשר הי' עמנו...”. 13X21 cm.  Fold lines. Good condiiton.  The Admor Rabbi Shlomo Ben Zion ben Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulam Zussia of Chernobyl (1870-1940) the son-in-law of Reb Shneur Zalman Chodorov of Berditchev who was the son-in-law of Rabbi Moshe of Orzistchov. Succeeded his father when he was only 13; thus he was known as the Yanuka of Chernobyl. After World War I, he immigrated to the USA yet returned to Russia shortly after due to his revulsion toward the materiality of the USA. Was the in-law of the Admor Rabbi Gedalya Moshe of Zvehil. Approbated the book Tzeror Hachaim - Bilgoray, 1913 and Sefer Tav Yehoshua - Warsaw, 1894.
