Old, simple binding with an embossed spine. Stains and some taping for reinforcement to the edges of the title page and several other leaves. In several leaves, trimmed edges affecting the text. Very good overall condition.  Ownership stamps on the title page of Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Rabinovich of Memel and a stamp of his son, Eliezer Yehuda Rabinovich. In addition, on leaf 66, two handwritten corrections - possibly by the author.
