Manuscript Tiklal for Moadim and Yamim Noraim - Yemen, 1847 - Manuscript handwritten by a scribe, Tiklal for Moadim and Yamim Noraim. The script matches Yemen in the 19th century.  The manuscript contains Selichot (titled ”Rachamim”) beginning with the Piyyut Darkei Shiva Ro'im, Hoshanot for Sukkot, Tikkun Geshem, Simchat Torah, Tikkun Tal [apparently incomplete at its end and so is the beginning of Ne'ilah], Ne'ilah, Selichit for the night of Yom Kippur, Tevet 10 [apparently incomplete at its beginning], Ta'aniyot, Tamuz 17, Megillat Eicha, Tisha BeAv, Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Seder HaAvodah, Keter Malchut, Minchat Kippur, Ne'ilah and Tochachot. At the end, the writer's colophon stating he finished writing the manuscript on Tamuz 25, 1847. Apparently, the entire manuscript was written by a single writer although possibly, some was written by another writer.  Stains and marks of usage. Candle drippings and some tears. Fine new binding. Good overall condition.
