Couple of Ancient Printed Amulets for the Birthing Mother of a Son and of a Daughter - Ashkenaz / Sulzbach, 1800? - Couple of ancient printed amulets from ca. 1800, for protecting the birthing mother:  1. Of a son . With 3 lines in Hebrew Teitch in Tzor [Tzena Urena] letters. Description of the meeting of Eliyahu Hanavi and Lilith and then a prayer, Shemot and protective verses and Pslams 'שיר המעלות אשא עיני אל ההרים'. The place and year of printing are not noted; apparently printed in Ashkenaz in ca. 1800.   2. Of a daughter . With 3 lines in Hebrew Teitch in Tzor [Tzena Urena] letters. Description of the meeting of Eliyahu Hanavi and Lilith and then a prayer, Shemot and protective verses and Pslams 'שיר המעלות אשא עיני אל ההרים'. Printed in Sulzbach at the Frank Press. The year of printing is not notes; apparently printed in ca. 1800. A rare and special amulet which is not in the Amulet Collection of the National Library .  [2] leaves. Stains and some tears along the edges. Minor blemishes. Good overall condition.
