Rare! Large Leaf Handwritten and Signed by the Mekubal Rabbi Shaul Dweik Hasadeh with Kavanot Rosh Hashana from the Torah of His Rav Rabbi Nissim Harari Raful - Large leaf handwritten on one of its sides by the Mekubal Rabbi Chaim Shaul Hacohen Dweik (the Rav the Sadeh), with Chidushei Torah from the book Alei Nahar, elucidation on the Rashash in Nehar Shalom and Siddur HaRashash, the work of his leading Rav Rabbi Nissim Hararai Raful. The book Alei Nahar was published for the first time by the leading sages of Aram Tzova who immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and who were disciples of the Rav the author, headed by the Gaon the Sadeh, who owned a manuscript of the book handwritten by its author.  This is a leaf from Kavanot Rosh Hashana handwritten by the Rav the Sadeh in preparation for the printing of his Rav's book. Indeed, the first edition of the book which was published in Jerusalem 1903 followed the instructions of the Rav the Sadeh which appear at the beginning of each passage. At the end of the upper right passage, Rabbeinu signed the initials of his name, ”Sadeh”. In addition, after this passage, there is a line and a half which we could not find in the printed version, not even in the wonderful new edition of the Chevrat Ahavat Shalom - which assisted us in deciphering this manuscript. The Mekubal Rabbi Chaim Shaul Hacohen Dweik (1858-1933), known as the Rav the Sadeh, headed the Beit El yeshiva of Mekubalim in Jerusalem. Was born in Aleppo (Aram Tzova) where he served as the Chief Rabbi of the local Jewish community. Already as a youth was famed for his great talents and devotion to the study of the Torah. In 1873, immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and dedicated his time to distributing Kabbalah and strengthening the spiritual life in Jerusalem. With the establishment of the Rechovot Hanahar Yeshiva in Jerusalem. he was appointed its Rosh Yeshiva. Authored many Kabbalistic works, although did not manage to complete them since he became blind in his old age. He was buried on the Mount of Olives and his gravestone disappeared after the Jordanian conquest and the destruction of the tombs on the Mount of Olives in 1948. It was found again in 2010.
