Rare! Chanukkah Gelt by the Admor the Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz - Bnei Brak, 1968 - 10 Israeli Agorot given as Dmei Chanukkah by the Admor of Vizhnitz, the Imrei Chaim, in Bnei Brak during the days of Chanukkah 1967. The coin was given to an important Vizhnitz Chassid in Israel and was given to us by his descendants. Good condition.  The Admor Rabbi Chaim Meir Hager (1888-1972) son of the Admor Rabbi Yisrael the Ahavat Yisrael of Vizhnitz, and son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Zeev of Rachmastrivka. He received his Semicha from the Maharsham of Berezhany, was Rav in Vilchovitz (Romania) until the Holocaust, and after it, re-established the Chassidut in Israel, founded Kiryat Vizhnitz, and Vizhnitz institutions in Bnei Brak. He was a member of the Mo'etzet Gedolei HaTorah and a prominent leader of the Chareidi community in Israel.
