The Original Telegram by which the Mythologic Gabai Rabbi Shalom Foigel of Belz Informed the Residents of Bnei Brak about the Passing of the Rav of Bilgoray - Tel Aviv, 1950 - הרב | מבולגריה | נפטר | הלויה תתקיים | בשעה | אחת | עשרה מביתו | לטבריא | מבקש | להודיע לתושבי | העיר שלום | פויגעל (Freely translated: The Rav of Bilgoray passed away. The funeral will take place at eleven from his home to Tiberius please inform the residents of the town, Shalom Foigel).  Touching historical item from the history of Belz - the original telegram by which Rabbi Shalom Foigel, the Meshamesh Bakodesh of the Admor Rabbi Aharon of Belz, informed about the passing of the Admor's brother, Rabbi Mordechai Rokeach Av Beit Din of Bilgoray, the afther of the Admor of Belz Shlita - Tel Aviv, 1950.  The telegram was sent by the mythologic Gabai Rabbi Shalom Foigel to Rabbi Berl Frankel of Bnei Brak (the father of Rabbi Dudel Frankel - a disciple of the Chazon Ish. Rabbi Berl was originally a Shinova Chassid. During the Holocaust, however, he lived in the Bochnia Ghetto, where he became close to the Admor the Mahara and his brother the Rav of Bilgoray and was invlolved in their rescue), with a request to inform the residents of Bnei Brak.  The Admor Rabbi Mordechai Rokeach Av Beit Din of Bilgoray , the brother of the Admor Rabbi Aharon of Belz.
