The Gedolei Torah In-Laws and Regards from the Great Son-in-Law: Letter with Divrei Torah by Maran the Steipler Rabbi Yaakov Yisrael Kanievsky to His In-Law the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv - Bnei Brak, 1956 - Postcard handwritten on both sides by Maran the Steipler to his in-law Poek Hador Maran Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv. The superlatives the Steipler uses in his letter indicate his appreciation of Maran the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv: כבוד מחותני הגאון הגדול כו' וכו' כמהור”ר הגרש”י שליט”א”. Rabbeinu the Steipler begins his letter with a blessing for Passover: ”חג כשר ושמח ובכל טוב להדר”ג שליט”א ולכל משפחתו הכבודה....” and ends it with his handwritten signature. In his letter, Rabbeinu discusses Mitzvah 21 of Sefer HaChinuch about telling the story of the Exodus from Egypt and whether the Mitzvah applies to women.  On verso of the postcard Rabbeinu wrote his name and address: ”בני ברק שיכון חזון איש ע”י וויזניץ” and then adds: ”...אצלנו ואצל חתנו בני הרר”ח (מרן רבי חיים קניבסקי) שליט”א ומשפחתו, כה יתן השי”ת לשמוע אך טוב מכבוד הדר”ג שליט”א ומשפחתו”.
