Letter Handwritten and Signed by the Admor the Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz to Maran the Gaon Av Beit Din the Maharitz Dushinsky - 1945 about the Sons of Rabbi Moshe Reich Av Beit Din of Medias - Letter from 1945 with the end of the terrible Holocaust handwritten and signed by the Admor Rabbi Chaim Meir Hager of Vizhnitz, addressed to the Rav of Jerusalem Maran the Gaon Av Beit Din RabbiYosef Zvi Dushinsky. The letter begins with blessings and an inquiry as to the health of the addressee. Later, the Admor asks for the two brothers, Yitzchak and Zvi, the sons of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Reich of Medias, the grandsons of the Gaon Rabbi Kopel Reich Av Beit Din of Pest. The Admor praises the brothers, asking the Maharitz see to them since their desire is to study Torah day and night and under the Maharitz they will be able to do so.  Rabbeinu the Admor ends the letter as usual with obvious love and hope for Geulah: ”מאת אוהבו ומוקירו באמת המדבר למען כבוד התורה ולומדי' ומצפה לרחמי שמים בכל עת ורגע”. Professional restoration of traces of glue.  The Admor Rabbi Chaim Meir Hager (1888-1972) the son of the Admor Rabbi Yisrael the Ahavat Yisrael of Vizhnitz, and son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Zeev of Rachmastrivka. He received his Semicha from the Maharsham of Berezhany, was Rav in Vilchovitz (Romania) until the Holocaust, and after it, re-established the Chassidut in Israel, founded Kiryat Vizhnitz, and Vizhnitz institutions in Bnei Brak. He was a member of the Mo'etzet Gedolei HaTorah and a prominent leader of the Chareidi community in Israel.
