The Historical Letter with the Original Signatures of Gedolei Yisrael for the Center for Taharat Hamishpacha - Cheshvan, 1958 - The historical letter with the signed by Gedolei Yisrael of Eretz Yisrael ”calling for the large and sacred enterprise of Hamerkaz Letaharat Hamishpacha - Keren Hamikva'ot in Jerusalem whose tremendous efforts for rescuing the Tahara are famed...”. The rabbis ask to donate to the Center in light of the distress of the activists ”who ask for help for building or renovating Mikva'ot Tahara...”. The rabbis add an important Psak Halacha ”donate money... for this sacred cause...since it has already been stated that building a Mikveh precedes building a synagogue, purchasing a Sefer Torah and all other Mitzvot of the Torah”. They end with their blessings for wealth and happiness to the donors: ”וזאת תהיה לכם לזכות ולברכה להתברך אתם וביתכם וכל אשר לכם ברוב אושר עושר וכבוד וכל טוב, ונזכה כולנו לראות בגאולת וישועת ישראל השלמה מהרה אמן”  and their original handwritten signatures.  The order of the signatures:  ~ Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank Gaon Av Beit Din of Jerusalem ~ Rabbi Dov Berish Weidenfeld Gaon Av Beit Din of Tshebin ~ Rabbi Akiva Sofer Gaon Av Beit Din of Pressburg ~ Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Finkel Ram of the Mir Yeshiva ~ Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna Ram of the Hebron Yeshiva [1] leaf, approx. 24X20 cm. Fold lines, a small tear and some stains.
