Important Chassidic Delightful Treasure! Work by the Admor the Author of the Arvei Nachal - the Manuscript from which the Book Kad Hakemach was Printed - Safed, Early 1840s - Manuscript - 24 questions and answers (Shut) by the Admor Rabbi David Shlomo Eibeschitz, the author of the Arvei Nachal and Levushei Serad - the manuscript was sent from Safed to the printers of Lemberg and from it, the book Kad Hakemach-Mei Menuchot was printed - Safed, early 1840s.  In the foreword of the book Kad Hakemach, which was printed in Pshemishel in 1898, it was written that the book was copied under the supervision of the Gaon Rabbi Raphael Zilberman Av Beit Din of Safed, who received it from the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Heller, a disciple of the Chozeh of Lublin. Rabbi Raphael gave the copying to the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Yaakov Cohen, who edited the book and sent it to the printer Etil Amkroit, who printed the book in Pshemishel.  In this manuscript there are erased lines that were not printed in the book Kad Hakemach! On verso of the last leaf, there is a mailing address, for Rabbi Naftali Schor of Lviv.  53 large, densely written pages! A treasure with the Torah of Rabbeinu Hakadosh.  This is the entire work except for a single leaf with part of Siman 14.  An item that can form the basis for any respectable collection!!! 21X27 cm.  Good condiiton.  The Admor Rabbi David Shlomo Eibeschitz (1755-1814) the author of Levushei Serad on the Shulchan Aruch and the Arvei Nachal on Seder Parashiyot HaTorah. Served as Rav of Sorka, Chrustkov and more. In his old age, he immigrated to Safed were he was laid to rest.
